Environment Systems is committed to promoting open data. Therefore, Environment Systems Data Services (Licensed Material) is made available from Environment Systems Ltd (Licensor) under the Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-SA 4.0) license.
In summary we encourage you to freely copy, distribute, transmit and adapt the Licensed Material, as long as you credit Environment Systems. If you alter or build upon our data, you may distribute the result only under the same licence.
By accessing the Licensed Material you (Customer) are accepting that you have read, understand and accepted the Terms of Service, either on behalf of yourself or on behalf of your organisation. A customer is a single registered user of the Licensed Material.
Environment Systems Data Services are built on world class data, for which we are eternally grateful. Our data services contain:
The Licensor makes no other warranty of any kind and offers the Licensed Material as is and as available, and makes no representations or warranties of any kind concerning the Licensed Material, whether express, implied, statutory, or other. This includes, without limitation, warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, absence of latent or other defects, accuracy, or the presence or absence of errors, whether or not known or discoverable.
The Licensor does not guarantee the continued free supply of the Licensed Material.
Environment Systems Data Services are made available on a fair use basis to each registered user. In order to maintain optimal service provision, the Licensor reserves the right to restrict access to the Environment Systems Data Services based on fair use limits. Fair use limits shall be defined as follows:
You may make no more than 10 data requests per day; and
You may make no more than 1 data request per minute.
You may make no more than 500 data requests per day; and
You may make no more than 10 data requests per minute.
You may make no more than 750 data requests per day; and
You may make no more than 20 data requests per minute.
Additional levels of data requests can be met by agreement.
Should a single registered user exceed one or more of the fair use limits, you agree that the Licensor shall be entitled to contact you to discuss how you might reduce your data usage. Failure to reduce your usage in line with our requests, or to pay any invoice, may result in the Licensor restricting, suspending or terminating your access to the Environment Systems Data Services.
This license is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of England and Wales.
The Licensor shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these Terms of Service. Such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to the Licensor’s Website.
